ShaktiFire Tantric Yoga
This Tantric Yoga Practice is a series of 14 asanas and 1 bandha. Tantric Yoga is from the Hatha Yoga Asana tradition, but the focus and flow of energy are different. It is ideal to begin to open the ecstatic pathways in the body that activate our erotic awakening.
The number of sessions depends on the level of previous training in Hatha Yoga Asana Practice

ShaktiFire Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic Dance is an ancient mystery school practice from the Temple Arts of the Goddess. Today we encounter ecstatic dance as group movement meditation, but this is not the origin of this highly powerful and sacred practice from the Divine Feminine Mysteries. The objective of true ecstatic dance is to activate the hara/womb ShaktiFire to open a flow of Goddess energies within the body to produce a state of bliss.
